Oregon Department Of Corrections has chosen to retaliate against me for my covid related lawsuit currently in federal court.

They deliberately infected inmates with covid and then when the inmates they infected complained about it in federal court, they took action.

Oregon Department of Corrections mission statement of promoting offender accountability is diminished by its staffs' sociopathic inability to take any accountable for there own actions.

Instead they blame the victim or blame their coworkers and when that doesn't work, whoever is being currently victimized by staff misconduct gets punished and disciplined.

ODOC, by maintaining this hypocritical double standard, sets a very negative example for inmates in need of guidance and treatment so they can properly reintegrate into society. By setting this negative example, ODOC ends up releasing reprobate offenders that have learned nothing back into the community to run amok.

ODOC punished me by first putting me on transport to some sketchy prison in the woods. Then, they put me.in the hole in solitary confinement for a week,

Then, they transported me back to the prison in Salem and instead of putting me back In honor housing they stuck me in a closed custody lockdown mental health unit full of deranged assaultive nutjobs, and they're keeping me on 23 hour lockdown.

And call email and complain directly to Oregon department of corrections and request that I be moved back to honor housing and out of this lockdown unit.

I love Death In June. When i first met my better half (CHECK OUT HER SITE WWW.RIOVANCE.COM), i was in county for assaulting a police officer and they put her in the Super max hole in the cell next to mine. I remember how beautiful it was when she sang Heaven Street and She Said Destroy by Death In June, alone in her cell. She was in there for stabbing somebody. she was living knowingly without a future anyway as a result of having H.I.V since she was 13. The virus made her more attractive to me, combining the twin extremes of sex&death, .The social darwinist , might is right, themes of Death In June's lyrics influenced her to be strong and independent,As well as inspireing her to use music as a creative outlet to vent all the fucked up shit in her life,and rise above her heroin addiction and terminal disease. She rolled a pedophile truck driver that tried to rape her friend in a motel room in kansas city,stabbed the guy up,tied him down and shot him up with a viral loaded rig full of H.I.V positive blood. (The conversation we had about this truck driver is used as the intro to my track "The Disease is Love")

I always associated "She Said Destroy" with the Venus in Furs elements of our relationship. Death In June is haunting and cold minimalist music, alot of punks and metalheads have an elitist tendency to dismiss with animosity beautiful accoustic music . Ladytron even did a tribute to Death In June with there cover of Little Black Angel. Go fucking protest a Ladytron show.. I remember reading a six weeks interview in MRR where Athena kautsch said she listens to Ladytron..Better call her before the committe on unpunk activities and burn her at the stake....I hate the human race, i look at death, not as something to fear and a source of shock, but as something beautiful and natural. Strife,war and violence will always be an intrinsic part of humanity. Communism dosnt work , because we are human beings, not an insect hive mind. Writers like Charlee Jacob,Jean Genet and Films like Nekromantik,Martyrs and American Beauty were revolutionary and iconoclast, because there portrayl of death was as something beautiful and erotic, whereas most other films just used death as something to be afraid and horrified of . "DEATH IS THE MARTYR OF BEAUTY"When you live most of your life with a terminal illness, you become more aware of the limitations of your mortality . To weaker minds , who live in fear of the grave, used to the way death is depicted in Cannibal Corpse lyrics and slasher films, Death In June and Nekromantik's attitude towards this natural part of our existence, is hard to comprehend. Because its about accepting and embracing something you have lived in fear of your whole life. So its of course far simpler to just dismiss this band as nazi bullshit, then actually listen to what is being said and open your eyes. Death In June's music isnt distributed by any national socialist labels. They exist autonomously of and in opposition of most genres and scenes,yet still manage to make a lasting impact. There in fact targeted and scorned by skinheads because of Douglas Pearce being so openly gay. "MANY ENEMIES BRING MUCH HONOR".Comments Pearce made about his sexual prefences were laughabley used by bay area scene police punks to discredit Death In June,.pearce stated in Dagobert's Revenge Zine that he prefered to suck white uncircumcised cock.

This was considered an example of racist hate speech and this portion of the interview was quoted on flyers protesting Death In June.Theres a significant difference between Death In June's misanthropic pro death social darwinist lyrics and there atavistic nostalgia for a simplier quieter prechristian era; and the ideology expressed by white supremacists.Death In June's lyrics and themes are largely influenced by writers and philosphers like Heraclitus,Nietzsche,Octave Mirbeau, and Jack London. (Alot of those authors are distributed by Re/search and AK Press.)

If you're illiterate and don't know the obvious differences between those writers and The works of Hitler,Rockwell and James Mason, then of course you can just call them nazis.. Your already doing and saying the same shit Mccarthy did anyway except your using the word nazi instead of commie. Also Death In June never firebombed the tour bus of bands whose politics they didnt approve of.

People trapped in abusive codependent relationships, become accustomed to the abuse and perpetual degradation. They become afraid of change, and render themselves incapable of moving on ,through there acceptance and tolerance. These codependent damage cases will then justify there wilful ignorance by clinging to false hope. They will make excuse for there partners abuse in order to justify the suffering. They will lie to themselves and say oh if i just love them more, they'll stop beating me, oh i can be her savior and she'll stop burning me with cigarettes and attacking me with knives when she gets drunk....But in the end they get drunk and violent again and one of you ends up in the hospital. I carved Rio's name onto my cock multiple times to prove my loyalty to her, because i was afraid to let go.

I took my ex Angie back after she beat and tortured our infant son while i was in jail on a probation violation, then lost custody and had her parental rights terminated as a result of her alcoholism and her use of crystal meth to self medicate her manic depression. The serpent devouring its tail over and over, as emotional abuse feeds into physical abuse and we end up developing a fetish for it, and it becomes as much a part of the foreplay as pissing in each others mouths did. It becomes the center of your world and you never want to move on , so you lie and pretend it will change but it never does. Obliteration is a brutal norweigan horde, with nothing to prove.they focus on playing true kvlt metal,. The vokills are like Fenriz mixed with a doom infused take on that classic late eighties Seven Churches/Scream Bloody Gore/Apocalyptic Raids sound you heard before Chris Barnes rise to power. The thrashing death doom guitars have that classick Skogsberg sound, Morbid&Nihilist, with Sabbath grooves.All this is topped off with cavernous black metal atmospherics. Total black death. This may be considered impure by ignorant elitists, but this band dosnt give a fuck about trivial scene politics or genre labels, there just focused on shredding out some sick evil metal. fuck politics.this kills.

This is the norweigan sound of mutilated corpses rotting in ancient crypts, not the florida sound of cleaned and prepped corpses on stainless steel autopsy tables in sterile hospital morgues. In the late eighties through the early nineties, Ed o'neil starre as Al Bundy on the popular sitcom Married with Children. This sitcom filtered the blue collar working class ambivalence of pedestrian country music ,through campy low budget trash comedy, that at times brought to mind a cleaner version of John Waters seventies period.

Ed O'neil's characterr becomes a cartoon protest leader against misandrist subjugation in numerous episodes. Today Ed O'neil is the sellout star of the sitcom Modern Family. Married with Children was a marginally subversive and slightly iconoclast attack on the status quo of the nuclear family status quo and the american dream. Modern Family on the other hand, reminds us that equality is the enemy of diversity. What we see on Modern Family is an affirmative action mandated equal distribution of misery. Reminiscent of the classic vonnegut short story about equality being enforced by law, that opens his Welcome to the Monkeyhouse collection. The gay couple on the sitcom are homosexuals of the polite ivy league variety. They frequently express contempt and spite towards more flaming outspoken gays.

This sitcom uses the gay couple as a propaganda vehicle to bring back the pre stonewall glory days of the 1950s assimilationist homophile organizations. The masses act like accepting gay marriage and laughing at this show, makes them more open minded and progressive. It clearly doesnt . in last months playboy, Caroline Cossey is interviewed again She brings up an interesting point :nobody ever bothered to ask jenner if she's turned on sexually by wearing womens clothing.... those who dont understand the difference, throw out there three piece suits, and realize they cant get it back and end up hanging it up....

I watched the series premier of the reality tv show they did on jenner postop,

she meets with a bunch of established veterans of the trans community.

They call her out for being a privileged celebrity , that never had to come up through the drag scene or do sex work to get by, and point out that a dilettante tourist and neophyte that didn't deal with all the struggles of coming out , doesn’t have the experience necessary to accurately be a public spokesperson for the movement.

they say she acts like a giddy teenager, and acts as if its all about makeup and hair, so they take jenner to a Human resources center in san francisco, to burst her privileged bubble you can see alot of animosity and resentment expressed towards jenner by the ex sex workers and former drag queens, that haven't had a silver spoon in there mouths every step of the way. Really if you think about it, this is probable why alot of the public is so accepting of Jenner, she's post op , but shes not a veteran of the movement, she wasn't standing in the kickline at stonewall, jenner is essentially like those fashionable uncle tom house slaves closet racists used for show to put on a front of liberal open mindedness. The Movement needs more Nat Turners and less Uncle Toms....

Charles Romalotti said that,"Once you popularize a cartoon version of something,the cartoon version and the real thing become indistinguishable in the eyes of the masses, which serves to discredit the real thing as a whole".Despite the presence of real activists on the jenner show, its still at its core just a tabloid freakshow that puts on a mask made of philanthropic altruism to hide the stench of sensationalist exploitation. G.L.A.D.D. accepting Jenner as a spokesperson for there movement, is as much of a mistake as when the battered womens movement made a spokesperson out of Hedda Nussenbaum, the coke fiend baby killer.

Whats next ? A golliwog puppet speaking for the nation of islam? I'm sure the general public would approve of that. This is the first Apopthelema column.

Being incarcerated for the next decade leaves me without the resources neccessary to publish and distribute a print zine. So i'm forced out of necessity to publish these hypergraphia induced misanthropic diatribes on-line. There is no goal or endpoint to any of this. I do this for myself, with nothing to prove to any of your kind. Its an efficient way to purge and vent all of the fucked up shit in my head. I was influenced into writing a column to some extent by reading maximum rocknroll. Despite its abhorrent politics and hypocritical editors, it remains a good publication. Also its better to self publish online then submit to zines etc, because most people in the underground are too lazy to go to the fucking post office. Never mind that there scene wouldn't fucking exist in its present state if it wasnt for the ardent efforts of dedicated tape traders in the 80s/early 90s. Now with the download generation apathy, you have a Gresham's Law type effect . Forums and messageboards enable posers and provide neophytes with access, and make things more convient for dilletantes. The time and effort required to do everything through the mail, had a social darwinist side effect that helped weed out the defective stock , so you didnt have such a flood of bullshit 'scene music' to use a quote from Isten :

its also funny that burned cdrs have the binary bits burned into the dye, not stamped as in glass mastered pressed discs, so the dye after time errodes and decays, rendering all these inane pedantic bedroom project cdrs unplayable coasters within a decade. I was given a probation violation based on the content of my music, and this was publicized in M.R.R and other zines, but except for a token elite few, no one in the underground ever bothered to take further action or even write me letters. ignored and discarded.

Also i find it appalling no one in the diy punk community has chosen to criticize and call out the former M.R.R zine coordinator for selling out ,By using M.R.R. as a stepping stone to gain employment at Revolver. Exploiting the resources and efforts of the Underground for personal gain. When Justin Pearson from Locust signed his soul to Epitapth and got on the cover of Revolver, he was widely villified. This zine coordinator violated Tim Yo's last will and testament,cosigns on the firing of one of the finest social critics and iconoclast philosophers since Marco Vassi ,then jumps ship to work at Revolver to pimp Bro mall punk, Fratboy daterape butt rock, and wigger rap metal to self loathing trailer park kids with racial identity issues that need to just fucking kill themselves. To top it all off , this sell out is still allowed to write columns for M.R.R, that mention Revolver, Being a promoter for all the wretched shit hot topic kiddies adore is not fucking punk.I hope this bitch chokes to death on Corey Taylor's cock. People that listen to shit like I.C.P ,Slipknot, and Shinedown, deserve the same level of contempt and hatred given to Skrewdriver fans.
