Oregon Department Of Corrections has chosen to retaliate against me for my covid related lawsuit currently in federal court.

They deliberately infected inmates with covid and then when the inmates they infected complained about it in federal court, they took action.

Oregon Department of Corrections mission statement of promoting offender accountability is diminished by its staffs' sociopathic inability to take any accountable for there own actions.

Instead they blame the victim or blame their coworkers and when that doesn't work, whoever is being currently victimized by staff misconduct gets punished and disciplined.

ODOC, by maintaining this hypocritical double standard, sets a very negative example for inmates in need of guidance and treatment so they can properly reintegrate into society. By setting this negative example, ODOC ends up releasing reprobate offenders that have learned nothing back into the community to run amok.

ODOC punished me by first putting me on transport to some sketchy prison in the woods. Then, they put me.in the hole in solitary confinement for a week,

Then, they transported me back to the prison in Salem and instead of putting me back In honor housing they stuck me in a closed custody lockdown mental health unit full of deranged assaultive nutjobs, and they're keeping me on 23 hour lockdown.

Anybody who gives a shit, All my fans and readers, Please go on www.Oregon.gov/doc

And call email and complain directly to Oregon department of corrections and request that I be moved back to honor housing and out of this lockdown unit.

I don't think COVID-19 is necessarily getting worse, it's being reported more prevalently and utilized for histironic propaganda purposes by both parties during the election season as well as milked for the ratings by the mass media.

The media coverage is then further distorted by the populace whose psyches are somewhat twisted as it is from the pandemic isolation induced autistic spectrum neurosis and forced agoraphobic conditioning...

Fear-mongering is a powerful tool to herd sheep...

If you look at the mathematics of it, statistically significantly more people die from far less scary and more accepted and ignored causes of death then the corona virus...

Google how many people die from the flu, hiv, hepatis, dog bites,car crashes, 

you name it and compare it the corona stats.

People talk about the health and safety concerns over the rising infection rates in prison and so do prisoners. But most prisoners refuse to accept the fact that, to most of the outside world, higher death rates amongst prisoners is looked at like unsightly trash being more conveniently disposed of...

In addition they don't go into the psychological impact of it.

You used to be able to sit in  a cage and dream and plan for the future , and your plans were only mildly altered by advances in modern technology and some relatives dying and friends falling off....

Now that light at the end of the tunnel is shifting and mutating and growing dimmer with the possible collapse of civilization and  the doom of the economy, so when you're  set in a cage is over, you don't really have anything to go back to and it's all for nothing...

Last week, I saw some deranged inmates in a lockdown 23 hour closed confinement unit get drunk on hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes. One guy blacked out. Cops revived him and he woke up swinging violently screaming "I'M BLIND"  and got a few new assault charges and went to the hole blind... He may receive more time in prison and go to the long term hole.

So he'll do like 18 months or more in the hole blind in the dark...

If he doesn't die... Since the hole doubles as quarantine.

You get infected or get suspected of it, you go to the hole on 24 hour lockdown, lose all your books, your tv, your phone and mail privileges and just sit in a cage without shit to alleviate the boredom. So this cuts down on how its reported...

So it goes in the long journey to the end of the night.

You asked about how the Department of Corrections deals with the Corona virus in prison. Here's my answer:

The Oregon D.O.C. refuses to test for the most part, unless it's an extremely obvious case. Flu/allergy season becomes a fucking witch hunt.

D.O.C. is fucked. Corrections officers are on their feet all day. Back problems, feet problems. Chronic pain is a problem in this field... so they take anti-inflammatory drugs regularly. Because of that, their fever symptoms are significantly masked.

If an inmate tests or shows signs of COVID, they go to quarantine. They (the prison administration) emptied out The Hole... I don't know where the inmates from the hole went, but if you're showing symptoms, you now go to the hole on quarantine status... lose your job, housing and property and get locked down 24 hours a day. So if a dude's sick, it's not likely he's going to tell anybody. Otherwise he'll go to the hole.

I'm in "Honor Housing." All the Oregon corrections enterprise slave labor is in my unit. The Oregon Department of Motor Vehicle's "customer service" line is manned/staffed by inmates.

The Oregon Corrections print shop workers make all the fliers and forms for all the state government offices... like the pamphlets that tell you how to apply for food stamps or file for unemployment.

So if dudes in my unit get sick, Oregon DMV and a bunch of state public assistance offices have serious fucking issues. This has a negative effect on the state government and the public. It negatively effects Oregon State financially if inmates in my unit get sick.

My unit also houses all the plumbers, cooks, and electrical repair welders. So if they're sick, shit in the prison that breaks can't be fixed. So because it's in the interests of non-prisoners and negatively effects real people, Honor Housing prisoners are treated better.

In the general population, the inmates are disposable human waste that serve no useful function to the administration, so their heads are on the fucking chopping block.
