Weird violent fusion of Slap A Ham & Slapshot that kinda works.... Like they enjoyed both sides of the Spazz/25 Ta Life Split 7"...

M.R.R. columnists say this band's politics aren't kosher. So it has the added subversive appeal of a blacklisted Hollywood film from the Mccarthy era... Fuck what M.R.R. says.

Historically in the late 1970s through 1984 San Francisco was a hotbed of experimental /postpunk/industrial. Survival Research Laboratories/Factrix/Subterranean. Until Harvey Milk was assassinated and Mayor Diane Feinstein tore up & redeveloped downtown. Then all the innovative transgressive acts moved to New York & Colorado and generic hardcore took over the scene.
Now what little is left of the generic hardcore scene is being destroyed by San Francisco based MaximumRockNRoll. A zine based out of a scene hostile to experimentation & innovation shouldn't be allowed to call the shots and police the rest of the underground.

There's a nice parallel between what happened to the bohemian friendly downtown SF when a female mayor took over SF after Milk's death and when female editors took over MRR after firing the best columnist. (Shitworkers always made me think of Mentors' Sewage Worker..)

LAMB OF GOD -AS THE PALACES BURN

Lamb Of God is the MxPx of speed metal!

This sounds like charter members of the Fred Durst fanclub doing shitty Vengeance Rising covers. I read an interview with this major label false band in Guitar World. The front cover said some inane shit about Lamb Of God saving Extreme Metal.

Extreme Metal being delegated to a more marginalized underground fringe kvlt status and losing its commercial viability as a radio friendly consumer product is a good thing. Lamb of God sells edited versions of their already weak false metal. You have no fucking artistic integrity anymore once you agree to sell censored versions of your music. Lamb of God are just a basely derivative pastiche of melodic American speed metal filtered through the bile of Hot Topic metalcore/post Slipknot/In Flames radio rock.

Lamb Of God is so derivative you lose track of who they're ripping off at the moment... Lamb Of God apologizes in the interview for previously calling the original incarnation of their band Burn The Priest. Assuring the mainstream corporate trend slaves there was nothing satanic about it. They just wanted to shock people. Then they fittingly change their name to something obviously intended to be sympathetic to christians and fill their lyrics and song titles with generic,subjective and overtly ambiguous content. So they avoid offending anyone.

That's why this album is called palaces burn instead of churches. It's even more of a sellout tactic then the 1980s thrash bands that yelled about satan on their first couple albums then started singing about nuclear war or whatever by the 3rd album. There's no point in even acknowledging the existence of this false band of alterna-jock sellouts. They represent the new wave of american butt metal. Thats all.

Acts like Lamb Of God are worse then the 1980s spandex & hairspray poodle rock bands because those bands owned their falseness. They didn't delusionally pretend to be extreme metal or put on a false front to trick people into thinking they were a legit extreme metal. They owned it. They rocked the faux transvestive Dr. Franken-fondler makeup and the neon spandex and came right out of the closet.

Take Carpathian Forest's advice and "Spill The Blood Of the Lamb".

Ever notice Derketa isnt mentioned in Choosing Death? Arch Enemy pretends great bands like Derketa don't exist because it ruins their marketing gimmick. Arch Enemy's token inclusion in Choosing Death was an apologist disclaimer to quiet the author's guilt and self loathing over the themes of a lot of grind & death metal,and an attempt to repackage the subversive subject matter into something more acceptable to the common herd. That's bullshit. 

Same thing was done with Fight Your Own War, the headpress book on Power electronics with its inclusion of Brut. I love Rosemary Malign's work. She is one of the preeminent artists working within extreme music. She was like a sister to me and she was always more legit, extreme and uncompromising then most the male artists in the power electronics scene. She achieved her status through the strength of her performances and the quality of her work. Not from bitching in zines about discrimination and gender politics to extort and blackmail losers into praising her work to prevent being labeled misogynists.

Too many women within extreme music ostracize themselves and become the target of contempt when they spend more fucking time criticizing and challenging the themes of other artists and trying to make themselves into victims and martyrs instead of just focusing on their art and putting out good records and strong live performances. 

In a lot of cases you have women who go into extreme metal and power electronics and don't take it seriously. They troll these scenes talking shit and trying to incite controversy so they can lash back and self-righteously sit upon the throne of victimhood and call everyone who dissents a sexist pig. It's a game to them. That's all. It's trolling from trolls who know that they can play the misogynist trump card if they're called on their shit. And the reasons those people are hated has nothing to do with gender.

This is probably part of the reason you see Amalie Brunn trying to market her work as Black Metal knowing by self identifying as a Black Metal musician shes putting a target on her back. If this wasn't the case she would simply market her work towards the Goth/Neofolk scene instead who would be far more accepting and appreciative of her work. My hatred of these type of people has nothing to do with misogynist ignorance. 

Valerie Solanas is one of my favorite writers. I don't agree with a lot of it , but her prose style has had a very obvious influence on my own writings. Ayn Rand's work which I've been reading since i was 11, has had a very powerful and significant influence on my life. Ayn Rand's work had a significant influence on Laveyian Satanism and the immanent side of the left hand path. As much as Ragnar Redbeard's Might Is Right. 

One of the interesting things about Valerie Solanas is Faust killed a gay man and people call him a homophobe for it and trying to stop him from drumming at fests. Solanas attempted to assassinate a vastly influential gay artist who was an inspiration to a lot of people ... And was called the "First outstanding champion of women's rights" by N.O.W who represented her at trial. These inconsistent and hypocritical double standards are fucked up.

INQUISITION-BLOODSHED ACROSS THE EMPYREAN ALTAR BEYOND THE CELESTIAL ZENITH

The sound of David Icke's worst nightmare...This has a somewhat rawer and more abrasive production then their other albums. Inquisition is one of the best modern black metal acts currently active in the underground. The guitar tone,the chord progressions and the style of the riffs is very distinctive and unique to this band,
The mid range fetishism used by Inquisition gives it a unique enchanting tone separating it from the usual trebley higher register dominated black metal without crossing over into death territory.

It's iconic to the point that you can listen to most Inquisition tracks and know instantly that its Inquisition. The haunting medieval bends and vibrato on the guitars,the envelope filter washing over the riffs like waves of cold death. The haunting evil reptilian voice of the vocalist goes from brutal anthemic war cries to occult chantings calling fourth the destruction of all sentient life . The lyrics are beautiful hymns to cosmicism/satan and the end of all creation. There's little in the way of thrash/death/Deicide shock tactics to be found in the lyrics. You can hear a lot of their influences, early Dissection, Funeral Mist, mid-to-late period Burzum etc. But they manage to transcend their influences and accomplish something distinctively powerful and unique while staying true to the Kvlt. It's worth buying everything this band has put out. Fuck soulseek. This band deserves your loyalty. Buy all their releases, get an Inquisition backpatch and torch a few churches in their honor.

As far as all the controversy surrounding this bands politics.

I'm not a christian poser so i don't give a fuck. Hitler was about mass death and extinction. Hitler said that if he failed as a last resort he wanted to see the world in flames. That's fucking evil. Anthems like Crush The Jewish Prophet are brilliant. Its simple and to the point. Unlike the shock slogans from Deicide/NunSlaughter inspired acts that try too hard or fall back on cartoon luciferian euphemisms because they don't know about true satanism. Ignorant of the Order of Nine Angles and The M.L.O. their aesthetic tastes dictated more by Glen Benton than Heraclitus and Savetri Devi. Crush the Jewish Prophet is an anthem that calls us to action .That which offends us also provokes us to think.

Within the underground extreme metal bands are mostly screeching to the choir, so it's hard to make any lasting impact but Inquisition manages to achieve that. Cultural and Aesthetic Terrorism that effects the subculture as much as it does pop culture. Thats a major accomplishment. It pisses off even desensitized metalheads and it serves as a way to test the integrity of individuals within the underground. The appalled offended responses to Crush The Jewish Prophet serve as a form of sonic darwinism weeding out the defective stock , the sheep in wolves clothing that don't belong alongside true satanists. Traitors in the war against christ.

If you're concerned or scared of pissing off jews and being considered anti semite, than you're not a fucking satanist. Period. Its false to limit your attacks on religion and your declarations of war to safe politically correct and socially acceptable targets.

Inquisition's lyrics are very well written and intelligent. Their one of the most original voices within black metal. So this gives all the false hipster dsbm anarcho crossover crusty posers even more reasons to throw pebbles at a mountain. Inquisition is trve kvlt satanic black metal at its best .

The type of quality work that deserves to worn with pride on a backpatch. Again don't be a fucking poser and just download their shit off blogs or soulseek, go out and buy all their merch. This band deserves it.

The film Wild In the Streets was, according to a film critic, considered lame at the time of its release. Probably because of the people who cheered for its idealist campy premise only to be let down by the brutally honest dystopian irony at the end of the film. Then later worshiped by fans who choose to willfully blind themselves to the message behind the film's ending. Similar to how a suburban wigger misinterpets Boyz In The Hood and Menace To Society.

I marched at the front of all the Occupy Portland protests, while on probation for assaulting a police officer, so iv put work in. This controversial book documents the history of the jewish run concentration camps that existed in Poland and Germany after World War 2. Thousands of German civilians, including infants and children, were witch hunted and sent to jewish run concentration camps to be tortured and killed in brutal depraved ways. A number of Germans were ordered to dig up a mass grave and then they were ordered at gunpoint to fornicate with the corpses. They then developed some disease from the corpses and a plague broke out.

This book was all well researched and completely accurate. A number of news agencies investigated the validity of the claims made by the author and it's all true. They viewed themselves as in the right because they were just killing nazis and torturing nazis to death.But their lust for power got the better of them and they ended up going after anybody they could. nazi or not, being german was good enough.

Just like what happened with the communist red scare during the Mccarthy era. Read John Sack's book.

Most of the people killed in the jewish run concentration camps were of course not even nazis. One jew accidentally arrested and put in a jewish run camp, commented that he preferred the german run camps ....

Mykel Board and George Tabb getting fired by Maximum RocknRoll has some interesting similarities with Max Frost being the subject of a coup of ten year olds at the end of Wild In the Streets.

This film was directed by Martin Scorsese, and stars Tsukamoto Shinya. I don't know if it's the same Shinya that directed Tetsuo: The Iron Man among other cult classics. 

This is a brutal epic historical film somewhat in the vein of Philosophy of The Knife, that goes back & fourth from showing the futile stupidity and base ignorance of christianity and being a guilt tripping piece of christer propaganda.

It exists heavily in a gray area . Showing the brutal reality of what went on in that period and not taking sides. Something Scorcese was criticized for in his earlier film Last Temptation of Christ.

In this must see film the missionary priest calls christianity the "Universal Truth" because to them everything else is a lie. On Amc's The Son, there's a powerful scene where a native discusses killing white families for trespassing. The native says every time he kills whites they're surprised as if they dont know why they're being killed.

And it's a shock to them. The native talks about how it speaks to their nature that they didn't see their deaths coming as an inevitable consequence of their actions:"If i steal something from someone, I'm going to expect them to come after me for being a thief and I'm going to prepare for it" 

But the whites didn't think like that. Why? Because they're followers of christ and this gives them such a sickly conceited delusional sense of entitlement that they can't even conceive of -- let alone comprehend-- there being any consequences for their actions. That's obviously delusional to the point of being psychotic and sociopathic.

Look at Rushmore. Mount Rushmore is like a narcissistic rapist further degrading his victims by carving his name permanently in the foreheads of his victims so they can forever see the mark of their rapist every time they look in the mirror. Not to mention xians, jews and catholics didn't just steal land. No christers perpetuated various forms of totalitarian colonization and mass cultural genocides world wide. And they still do it to this day. Read all about how the HIV Virus was created as a biological weapon to kill heretics by the Catholic church in Alan Cantwell's Queer Blood & Jim Keith's Biological Warfare in America.

This film is yet another example of the ignorance of xians and also a remembrance of the great times in history when xians didn't rule most of the earth and were still punished for their crimes. 

Silence can be also be interpreted as a vile piece of blatantly racist xenophobic christer propaganda. Inspired by the hordes of 'Feel Sorry For The Jews' Holocaustploitation guilt trip flicks they apply the formula to Japan. It depicts the glory days in Japan when xians were hunted down and executed for following christ. This film has some glorious moments depicting and discussing the various ways in which xians were tortured, burned alive and decapitated for their crimes against free thinking individuals. The central recurring theme of this nauseating film is that Everyone in Japan lived in horrible sin and beastly poverty until Jesus whores came and saved the day! Until they were baptized and converted they were all worthless animals .... And because they weren't god's people, they were nothing...

That's just fucked up and completely ignorant. seeing it as their narcissistic imperative to go all over the world and tell everyone they're all beasts living in sin, and doing everything wrong and their way is the only way... Then, when they get fucked up, hunted down and butchered for invading countries and trying to tell entire races of people that everything they believe is wrong and they're living like animals and their going to burn in hell... They want to fucking cry about it and act like they did nothing wrong and expect everyone to be inspired by how much they suffered for invading countries and trying to invalidate, undermine and destroy every other belief system except for their own brand of ignorance. They got butchered, burned alive and decapitated in Japan because they fucking asked for it! This fucking horrid film doesn't bring up the shit the knights templars did. WATCH ARGENTO'S FILM THE CHURCH.

It doesn't fucking bring up how King Olaf invaded Viking countries and tortured,butchered and robbed Vikings, burning people who didn't want to convert. Or all the fucked up shit they did to Native Americans.

It's funny I'mm accused of being a nazi, yet there are distros in israel selling my releases on discogs.com.. In Israel,  the Kiss logo is censored because it allegedly promotes anti-antisemitism. That's.almost as funny as when Prurient got stopped at the border on tour and had his merch and equipment confiscated because customs thought he was promoting hate crimes....

Its a sad anecdote cited in zines when government officials do it, but its a celebrated act when the scene police do it...Recently the P.M.R.R.C scene police in another act of blatant Mcarthyism attempted to bring back the hollywood black listing of the dark ages....The witch hunting that resulted in a lot of great writers being unable to get their work out their due to censorship and government fascism,.has now been reinvented in a campaign to censor discogs.com . Discogs.com was a way for independent distros and labels to sell releases outside the corporate controlled infrastructure of Amazon and Ebay . Now its being screened for content by Crimethink Mccarthyists....

Discogs has removed a lot of releases by Tesco, including a lot of Genocide Organ releases. You study Genocide Organ their clearly fucking nihilistic anarchists satirizing fascism. Why else would a European act do songs about white power racism in the United States? If you look up the names of the members of Genocide Organ you'll see clear references to german anarchists. You can subvert control systems by taking the symbols and methods of control as your own and disseminating them ...Hence the military surplus aspect of subculture fashion.

This is part of why pop punk, Kiss and hip hop are so mainstream.When you popularize a cartoon version of something, it disarms the real thing as a whole because the two become indistinguishable in the eyes of the masses. Gangsta rap was a threat to white america and struck fear in the hearts of the caucasian establishment.The government knew that banning it and talking about how dangerous it was would just serve to promote it and make it more of a threat. Kent State made the draft resistance movement more militant. So major labels started releasing it en mass and distributing rap music worldwide. So now rap music is so fucking mainstream and assimilated into pop culture it doesn't mean shit anymore. Its just cartoon bubblegum radio-friendly shit .The same thing was done with punk rock. And before that Kiss. Why do you think Kiss was so heavily promoted and merchandised?

But in the case of Power Electronics,Neofolk,Black Metal and other 'sketchy' strains of music you can't make that type of material mainstream. So they try to suppress it by getting it blacklisted from discogs.com . Which just makes it more underground and forbidden .By driving it further underground and forbidden your just adding value to it. Now it's more subversive and outside of the mainstream.

Bataille wrote a lot on how when the church tries to ban and suppress something it inadvertently gives it a value it didn't have previously.Not to mention in terms of record prices, This type of material is now harder to obtain and locate .So it will in all likelihood jump in price.Since you can't simply do a convenient paypal transaction. You in some cases have to go back to obtaining it through mailorder distros and zines like you did before the internet. This also means a lot of acts aren't going to casually latch onto this trend and attempt to use this type of imagery and sound unless their really fucking serious about it. Because now if you transgress beyond the confines of what's accepted by the Scene Police your releases end up blacklisted.

Historically that didn't stop anybody. Dalton Trumbo still won awards for his scripts. In addition to being just like the red scare, its also similar to how skinhead prison gangs check paperwork and charge pedophiles extortion money for having bad charges. What's allegedly a lofty act of justified vigilantism ends up just being an excuse for jockish meatheads that can't function outside of a cage to exercise power over weaker individuals. In most cases they manufacture rumors about what an individuals charges are. Just like punks are doing now. Fuckin base hypocrisy at its finest, So fuck censorship and fuck discogs.com and fuck your politics.. and fuck the Kiss army.

Amalie Brunn seems like she panders to the cattle that wear earplugs to shows and listen to Evenessence..& prefer Leprous over Leprosy.

. In the Guitar World feature on Amalie Brunn's Myrkur project she cries about all the death threats, hate videos etc she received after the release of her first album. She laughably talks about how she was so scared she had to carry a knife in her boot and carry mace on-stage.

Amalie Brunn recorded with members of Ulver and Mayhem. I'm curious what members of Mayhem? How many original members are even left in Mayhem? The guitarist/writer for Mayhem's Esoteric Warfare also does the Nidingr project which released some good Black Metal before the other guitarist in Nidingr got locked up for a stabbing. The only thing Ulver ever did of any relevancy & worth to me was the session work Garm did on Total Death. (The Darkthrone full length not the Kreator song) .

Early on Ulver may have had some value as a Norweigan Black Metal band but their new school criticisms of christianity started to become criticisms of Black Metal itself and they started telling established Kvlt acts they were doing it wrong. Then Ulver started singing in english and putting out hipster indie shoegaze noodling college radio faux experimental shit that helped paved the way for Alcest. Ulver became trendy to half stepping cowardly posers because the more serene sedated nature of their work pandered to the tourist neophytes that felt ostracized and in most cases frightened of the extreme over the top uncompromising nature of Helnorsk Svartmetall . 

So Ulver became essentially the decaf flavor of the month for lazy posers that didn't want to fully commit themselves to the wretched left hand path that leads us all to hell. Those type of sheep don't fucking belong within Black Metal . They know they don't fucking belong and instead of getting the fuck out and going back to the juggallo gatherings, Ozzfests and crust punk squats they crawled out of... they start trying to challenge the values and traditions of the Kvlt and reinvent Black Metal into a more accessible commercial format that's easier for them to swallow.They can't fucking accept it for what it is, so they want to dumb it down to their level of perception.

Watch the film Silence. These exoteric centroclines invade Black Metal like christer missionaries invaded Japan and when the xian missionaries started getting decapitated and tortured to death, they were surprised and started calling the Japanese sick, bestial, evil, wicked people. Falling back on Xenophobic ignorance instead of recognizing that they were targeted because they invaded a culture and tried to destroy that culture and replace it with their own ignorance. Imposing their will on that culture.

Amalie Brunn needs to quit bitching like a xian missionary about all the hostility and death threats she's received. She has it coming . Brunn brings this shit up to criticize the Kvlt, and make herself into a martyr to gain some infamy and get more posers to buy her shit. Her victim stance xian martyr attitude towards the threats and hatred she's received is a false attitude that makes me lose respect for her. The descriptions of the music make it sound like some diseased mash-up of Dimmu Cradle Of Poser FIlth/Opeth unplugged/Dead Can Dance/Einar Solberg cascadian shit .There's a lot of experimental that transgressively carries metal forward into interesting extreme directions while remaining trve to the kvlt. 

So calling someone close-minded because they don't accept false shit is just ignorant. There's a lot of acts that i've promoted that have carried the flag of hate forward in transgressive experimental directions while remaining trve. Like Mitochondrion, Lantern, Obliteration, Execration, Disembowelment, Portal, and Krieg. In The Nightside Eclipse, Slaughter of Innocence, and Storm of the Lights Bane are all kvlt albums and they all contain acoustic guitars,keyboards or symphonic orchestral elements. 

.Bon Scott said keep going forward not off on a tangent....Brunn needs to stop bitching about death threats and stand independently on her own. Without the need of martyrdom . Like what other female fronted acts like Anti-Childleague, Derketa, Vastum,Yellow Machinegun, Landmine Marathon and Transient accomplished by focusing on music not childish scene politic debates.
